London Dance: Their website lists an enormous range of dance classes across the capital of all types and styles. You can select your location and see the range of local dance classes near you.
Zumba: A site listing a wide range of Zumba classes across London. There are a wide range of different Zumba class types e.g. Zumba Toning, Zumba Step etc.
Zumba Fitness London: They offer the largest timetable of Zumba fitness in London, providing over 100 classes a week.
CENTRAL
Capital Dance School, Marylebone: Provide Ballroom and Latin dance classes. They offer a range of styles including Ballroom, Latin, Argentine Tango, Salsa and American Smooth. They offer classes and also private tuition in their permanent dance school which is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 10pm. They are five minutes walk from Bond Street or Baker Street tubes.
Escuela de Baile – Flamenco: They offer flamenco classes that cater for all levels as well as workshops and intensive courses in Clerkenwell and Covent Garden.
Maral & Mariano Argentine Tango School, WC1: Holding tango classes and socials in central London, classes are followed by a three hour relaxed milonga (social). Private lessons are also available. They also provide homemade cakes and refreshments.

Salsateca, City: Salsateca offer salsa and bachata lessons mainly in the City at the Amber Bar (EC2), St Mary Moorfields Hall (EC2) and Christchurch Hall in Blackfriars (SE1). They have regular lessons every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Moorgate. The perfect antidote to a day at the desk.
The Place, Euston: is “leading the way in dance training, creation and performance.” The Place is the home of the London Contemporary Dance School as well as providing a huge range of contemporary dance classes and courses including for the over 60s.
Urdang Academy, EC1: Dance and musical theatre training in central London. The training in Musical Theatre and Dance is aimed at young people 16 and upwards with the aim of enabling them to become strong, disciplined and confident performers. They also offer bite-sized courses geared towards a wide variety of individuals. Based in the Old Finsbury Town Hall, just down the road from Sadlers Wells.
EAST
Chisenhale Dance Space, E3: Offers a very wide range of dance classes of all types for adults and children including Contemporary, Lindy Hop, Street Dance and Yoga. Classes are held near Victoria Park in Bow (E3).
Green Candle Dance Company, Bethnal Green, E2: believe that everyone should have the right to participate in dance regardless of age or ability. They offer programmes across the London Borough of Tower Hamlets with a particular emphasis on older people (running a dance company for the over 55s) and those with disabilities.
Maguire O’Shea Irish Dance Academy, East & North London: The Maguire O’Shea Irish Dance Academy has been running for over 45 years, established by Michael and Kathleen McGuire. It has a world renowned reputation, producing exceptional dancers who go on to feature in TV and stage shows. Classes range from children, senior, and adult. Nearest Tube Bethnal Green.
Salsa Dance club ,Whitechapel E and Queens Park NW6 1: Fun, and energetic Super Salsa night, offering Cuban dance classes, every Wednesdays, at the Urban Bar. All levels welcome, with teachers providing a range of expertise from beginners, improvers and intermediate. It promises a friendly and fiesta atmosphere, with classes running from 7:30-9:30pm. Rhythmix Academy of Dance, Potters Bar: Offers a wide range of dance classes for adults and children. Types of dance include tap, pole dancing, Latin, freestyle and Bollywood.
Tanguito Argentine Tango Academy, N1: Located in Angel Islington, they hold Argentine tango classes every Wednesday and Sunday at the New Unity Hall, Upper Street, N1. You don’t need any experience or a partner to join.

Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance, Greenwich: Apart from being a world class music and dance university, Trinity Laban have special programs for participants with disabilities, older people, children and families as well as professional development opportunities for music and dance practitioners.
SOUTH WEST
Beskydy Dancers, SW1: An amateur group who specialise in the folk dances of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. They welcome people to come along and learn and hold classes in More House School in Knightsbridge.
Karen Hardy Dance Studios, Imperial Wharf, SW6: Learn to dance at London’s only luxury private members’ ballroom dance club.
Royal Academy of Dance, Battersea: Specialising in training people to become dance teachers, the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) have been specialists in dance education for over 94 years. They also offer a range of extra-curricula dance classes for young people and adults, including Ballet and Street Dancing.
