NORTH
Acorn Theatre Company, N13: Acorn are an amateur dramatics society based in Enfield and Palmers Green. Every year they present a panto and a musical at the Intimate Theatre. They also have an active social life.
Theatre in the Square, Camden, NW1: A drama group based in North London, they put on four productions a year in various locations. They are also regularly invited to perform as the Minack Open Air Theatre in Porthcurno in Cornwall.
SOUTH EAST
Bob Hope Theatre, Eltham: An amateur dramatic society based at the Bob Hope Theatre in Eltham. The group provides a basic hands-on grounding in theatre. Talent and previous experience is not necessary, it’s more a matter of enthusiasm and reliability. New members welcome.
