CENTRAL

Capital Dance School, Marylebone: Provide Ballroom and Latin dance classes. They offer a range of styles including Ballroom, Latin, Argentine Tango, Salsa and American Smooth. Salsateca, City: Salsateca offer salsa and bachata lessons mainly in the City at the Amber Bar (EC2), St Mary Moorfields Hall (EC2) and Christchurch Hall in Blackfriars (SE1). They have regular lessons every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Moorgate. The perfect antidote to a day at the desk.

Urdang Academy, EC1: Dance and musical theatre training in central London.
